Permitted use
Brief Channels Owner Uploader is an owner-operated desktop utility and is not offered as a public service. It may be used only by the owner for YouTube channels the owner is authorized to manage.
Platform terms
By using Brief Channels Owner Uploader, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable YouTube policies. The operator must own or hold the necessary rights to all uploaded media and metadata and comply with Community Guidelines, copyright rules, made-for-kids requirements, and synthetic-media disclosures.
Prohibited use
The Application must not be used to:
- evade YouTube restrictions or conceal the target channel or visibility;
- scrape or download YouTube audiovisual content;
- share API credentials or OAuth tokens; or
- provide access to an unauthorized third party.
Owner control
The owner retains final control over uploads, publication, scheduling, metadata, authorization, and deletion. Access can be revoked through Google Account permissions at any time.
